Radical Healing Center uses a framework of change management that uses a parallel approach to family therapy to address organizational wellness and employee resiliency. This approach offers services to individuals, subsystems, and organizations as a whole through empathy. We do so by focusing on relationship-centered leadership coaching, team based workshops, trauma-responsive relational repair, and collaborative learning sessions.
An evaluation of the policy and procedures of the organization is conducted as a whole , in an effort to identify it’s needs. Facilitation of workshops intended to generate ideas, cultivate connection, and build a sense of collective purpose for subsystems, such as individual department or team, leadership, board, etc. Trainings and activities for all staff to build a sustainable rooted in trauma-responsive and liberatory practices.
